Invoice Policy

At Amado's Cleaning, we value prompt payment for our services, allowing us to maintain a high standard of service and efficiency. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, we have implemented the following invoice policy:

Invoice Issuance: Invoices will be issued upon completion of services or at the end of each billing cycle, as agreed upon in our service agreement.

Payment Terms: All invoices are due and payable within 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment can be made via check, credit card, or electronic transfer. Balance for invoice must be paid before confirmed cleaning date. Deposit is non-refundable, or used for credit on the next booking.

Late Payment Fee:

If payment is not received within the 30-day period, a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowable rate under state law) will be applied to the outstanding balance. This equates to an 18% annual percentage rate (APR) for overdue accounts.

If the total outstanding balance remains unpaid beyond 60 days, additional collection efforts may be initiated, including the possibility of retaining collection agencies or legal action, depending on the amount due.

Disputed Invoices: If there are any discrepancies or disputes regarding an invoice, clients must notify Amado's Cleaning within 5 business days of receipt. Timely communication allows us to address any concerns efficiently.

Communication: Regular reminders will be sent for any outstanding invoices approaching the 30-day mark to ensure that payments are made promptly. Should you encounter any issues that may delay payment, please communicate as soon as possible to discuss potential solutions.

Cancellation Policy

At Amado's Cleaning, we strive to provide the highest quality of service to our clients. To ensure that we manage our schedules effectively and accommodate all customers, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel a scheduled cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to the planned service date. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to other clients.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee helps cover the costs associated with blocking out time on our calendar and preparing for the service.

No-Shows: If a scheduled appointment is missed without prior notice, a full charge for the scheduled service will be applied.

Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your cleaning service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow us to accommodate your new request without incurring any cancellation fees.

Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can occur. If you have a legitimate reason for canceling on short notice, please contact us directly. We will do our best to consider your situation on a case-by-case basis.
